What does 1/144 scale mean for the building model?

A 1/144 scale building means the model is 144 times smaller than the real structure.

In other words:

Model size = actual building size ÷ 144

This scale is commonly used in dioramas, architectural displays, and miniature train layouts (N or 1/144 scale).

The model is designed to match other 1/144 scale items such as cars, figures, benches, trees, and accessories — perfect for creating realistic city or street scenes.

Example:

If a real building is 20 meters tall (2,000 cm), 

2000÷144≈13.9 cm

That means a 1/144 scale version would be about 14 cm tall, just like this model.
