your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and item
immediately upon receiving.

will assist you in submitting a claim to the courier company, but the final
outcome will be subject to their investigation and approval.

do not guarantee 100% perfect packaging condition, especially for box-form
items, as minor dents or imperfections may occur during shipment or exist from
the supplier.
We
will do our best to pack items securely to minimize any issues.

Items
must be in original, sealed, and unused condition, and include the original
packaging for return processing.
Once
the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with refunds or
replacements, including shipping reimbursement if applicable.
