2. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Toyzable is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays
caused by courier services or incorrect information provided by customers.
Please double-check your delivery details before checkout.
3. Product Quality Assurance
We will ensure that all items are in good condition and
properly packed before dispatching. However, minor imperfections on packaging
may occur and are not considered defects.
4. Order Amendments
Order changes or amendments are allowed before payment is
made. Please contact us directly if you need assistance modifying your order.
5. Payment & Order Validity
Toyzable reserves the right to cancel any order if payment
is not received within 1 day. If you encounter payment issues, kindly reach out
to us as soon as possible.
6. Fraud Prevention
In the case of suspected fraud, Toyzable reserves the right
to cancel the order and report the case to relevant authorities for
investigation.
7. No Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. Please
review your order carefully before checking out.
8. Address Change Restriction
No changes to the delivery address are allowed after the
parcel has been shipped.
9. Final Sale Policy
All items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable,
except in cases of incorrect items sent (see our Return & Refund Policy for
