payment partner, it do accept credit card/debit card, ewallet and FPX.
How long will you ship my order?

All paid order will proceed within 36 hours.

Yes all items are ready stock, unless for pre
order item announce by manufacturer. Please refer to the pre order tag. No pre

How long will the parcel arrive on my address?

Generally
shipment lead time are 2 to 5 working days for all courier company. Sabah,
Sarawak and Labuan will delay in shipment lead time due to COVID period less
flight carry parcel from west Malaysia to east Malaysia.
Can you provide extra protection on my parcel?

All parcel
generally will pack with one layer of bubble and fill in space with paper for
figure/ box item, liquid and easy broken items. Items will not pack with
protection example T-shirt, mouspad etc. Please understand that extra
protection will increase size and weight of parcel and charge by courier

Are all the gashapon/capsule toys come with the capsules?

Yes, all capsule toys are original item and it
do come with capsule. However, if you do not need the capsule do let us know in
the remarks, it will reduce the total size of packaging and it also help our
packaging process more neat.
I receive wrong item for my order, can I do refund?

East Malaysia, we are not able to ship your order.
