Return & Refund Policy:
• Bank charges of 3% will apply for refund upon request of cancellation.
• We will not be held any responsible for any loss of items caused by courier service companies or incorrect/wrong address given by customers.
• If your item is damage by courier, we will require customer to take photo of the condition so we can help to submit to courier company for the damage claim.
• We are just responsible for the sale, not responsible for delivery issue as courier company is 3rd party beyond control of our company, any damage/broken/delay of the parcel please make a report to courier company.
• Refuse perfectionist. Some box form item may have defect on box originally when we received the stock. No 100% guarantee perfect condition. We will try our best to pack in good form to prevent unhappy case.
• Return and/or Refund are eligible for incorrect item sent. Please contact customer service within 3 days from the date the parcel received. You are require to keep the original parcel packing in order to claim for return and/or refund. Please make sure the item that wrongly send is in good/ unopened/ seal condition.
• Once we had receive the return parcel and done condition checking, we will proceed for the return and/or refund including the shipping cost.
